Network Conference

The Chartered Insurance Network Conference is an annual event for the network of local institutes that provides a fantastic opportunity for its volunteers to meet their peers and colleagues from all 58 local institutes, in order to have their voice heard and to hear first-hand plans for the future of the network and the CII itself.  This one-day conference is followed by an evening reception where the CII Awards are presented. 

The conference sessions vary in content and theme each year; however, the programme features an update from the CIIs CEO and the regional membership team as well as other key staff speakers covering specific areas of CII’s key activities and initiatives. Interactive breakout sessions are run to discuss various topics which allow delegates to feedback their opinions and concerns. In recent years, the conference has also encompassed the CII AGM and Presidential ‘transfer of office’. 

As all delegates are spread around the country the city in which the event takes place in changes every year to ensure travel is distributed for each attendance but managed by the events team.     The team have been responsible for fully delivering this event as well as working hand in hand with the client on all content and learning outcomes.
